Not every level is offered at every residence, and inclusions can differ: in car-free Zermatt, for example, e-taxis replace the shuttle. Each residence page shows exactly what is included there.
With catered stays, food and drink are charged separately at cost plus VAT, based on the menus you choose. Your chef will discuss preferences with you before you arrive.
