LV 01 Dolce Vita stands on the highest part of the private LV Estate, a 7,000-square-metre enclave in central Cortina d'Ampezzo, just 250 metres from the village and the ski lifts. Spread over more than 900 square metres and four floors linked by a private lift, the chalet pairs the warmth of Ampezzo timber with a calm, contemporary interior, and opens onto wide views across the valley to the Tofane and the Faloria.

Twelve guests sleep in six double suites, each with its own Italian marble bathroom; the master suite has two bathrooms of its own, a private spa area and a balcony at the top of the house. The dining room centres on a wood-burning fireplace, the living areas flow into one another around a corner bar, and the professional kitchen is the domain of a chef from Il Tivoli, one of Cortina's most celebrated restaurants.

Below ground lies a wellness floor with a heated 20-metre lap pool, a spa with waterfall, sauna, massage room and a fitness area with Technogym equipment. There is a soundproofed twelve-seat cinema, a private office, a large playroom for children, a heated ski room with boot warmers and parking for eight cars, and guests have access to the estate's wine cellar, with one of the finest private collections of wines and cigars in the region.
