LV 02 Perla

LV 02 Perla lies in the centre of the private LV Estate, a 7,000-square-metre enclave in Cortina d'Ampezzo, 250 metres from the village and the ski lifts. Over more than 900 square metres and four floors served by a private lift, the chalet brings together warm timber, stone and fine fabrics in a harmonious, understated interior, with views across the village to the ski area and the peaks of the Dolomites.

Twelve guests sleep in six double suites, each with its own bathroom. The master suite has two walk-in dressing rooms, a jacuzzi bath, a wood-burning fireplace and a balcony at the top of the house overlooking Cortina. The large living room is arranged around a wet bar and a fireplace, the dining room seats the whole party around a single table of solid wood, and the ultra-modern kitchen is run by a chef from Il Tivoli, one of Cortina's most celebrated restaurants.

The heart of the chalet is its Japanese-inspired wellness floor, with a heated pool, spa and waterfall, hammam, sauna, massage room and a fitness area with Technogym equipment. A soundproofed cinema with fourteen seats and a 100-inch screen, a heated ski room with boot warmers and parking for eight cars complete the house, and guests share access to the estate's wine cellar, one of the finest private collections in the region. A butler, a concierge and a driver take care of everything else.
